MY TOS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Last Edited on: April 9th, 2026I have the right to deny any commission request for personal reasons.
I try to explain why I may not be able to accept your commission, sometimes it's a time problem but I am in no way obligated to.
If you are blocked and cannot order a Commission or if I reject working with you again, I do not owe you an explanation.
Rude or pushy clients are likely to not be welcome again, respect me and my TOS.
I value respectful and honest communication above anything else!You will find my detailed TOS on every VGen Service I offer!

- My prices are listed in USD on every description and form, please keep this in mind when planning your budget with currency conversion rates.
- Payment plans can be discussed on orders over $200 USD, anything under that must be paid in full before I start work.
- All payments will be handled via Paypal and mostly through VGen. If you live in Brazil, paymen via Pix is accepted!GENERAL TOS
- All artwork I offer is Digital unless stated otherwise, I do no shipping of any goods or original Traditional Artworks, especially overseas.
If ordering art for merch please note that I will NOT be producing the merch myself and shipping it to you, production will be up to you!
- Always state beforehand if you need the art to be prepared for printing as I will take care of the colors to look good for it.
- My TAT is up to 4 months, if there are any emergencies that might delay the final delivery I will let you know.
- I will refuse working with you ever again if you send AI Generated images as refs, I will ask once to make sure it wasn't a mistake (some can be tricky to spot), I will give the benefit of the doubt, but please look up your sources before sending something.
Remember: Even a simple sketch does the trick if you'd like to be specific on composition!
- If you don't see your Commission on my Public Trello Queue, I may have not updated it yet, if it takes a couple days and you still don't see it, feel free to let me know! I may have forgotten to add it there but I have it noted down in my physical schedule almost 100% of the time.
- When asking for a commission from me, I'll draw the characters as I see them, and fit them to my personal style, please do keep this in mind!REVISIONS
- I only send WIPs for Surprise Me type Commissions and very simple YCHs if I have a question about anything during the process!
- For most of my services I will send updates on the Sketch for posing and composition purposes, Lineart for confirmation on detailing, and Colors to make sure they look right! Might send updates of Rendering process (if applicable) to show progress.
- Major changes such as pose and size adjustments can be made on the Sketch Phase ONLY!
- Minor changes on Lineart/Color Phases are free, but any major changes will likely require a fee.
If references are clear and I made a mistake by overlooking anything, I'll fix it for free, but please make sure your references are clear when pointing this out and point these mistakes out as early as possible!
- Non-shaded high resolution references are encouraged to avoid such issues.USE
- Commissioners may display their commissioned work on their accounts, use them as icons, print them out (for personal physical merch, non-commercial use), etc with proper credit. DO NOT CLAIM AS YOUR OWN!
- I do not intend to post art on twitter/X anymore, and would like the commissioner to avoid posting the full quality piece there as well. If you DO want to post, use the low resolution file, I can't stop you, but I would greatly prefer not.
- Commercial Licenses will cost 20% to 100% more of the final price of the piece depending on intended use.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You are NOT allowed to use my artwork for NFTS or AIs, nor do I want any type of cryptocurrency involved with my art.
THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE!REFUNDS
- If you want to cancel a commission before work has begun, a full refund is possible, but contact me about it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as I may start work soon after payment is complete.
- After work has started and you approved any of the updates, refunds will not be possible anymore.
- If for any reason I am not able to continue working on your commission, you will be notified and fully refunded.
- Chargebacks issued without communication will result in blocking and blacklisting.
REGARDING CHARACTER DESIGN COMMISSIONS
- I very rarely accept full Custom Design orders and price will vary greatly for it.
- If you have enough visuals to put together a design without requiring much of my own creative input on it, we may discuss the possibility of working it out.
- I can do design changes on your already existing character for Reference Sheet type Services, as well as designing alternate forms and outfits or props.
- I will NOT edit a character that does not belong to you, make sure you own the design before asking me to change any of it.--------------------------------------

A: I mainly use a Cintiq Pro 24 and Clip Studio Paint to draw, but I also use CSP on a MovinkPad 14 occasionally!Q: Can I draw your character?
A: Absolutely yes! If you want to draw any of my characters, either on their own, with other characters they are shipped with, or maybe interacting with your own, feel free to! I love gift art and welcome it wholeheartedly.
Please ask me about NSFW works though!
I prefer my character ships to stay consistent, if we are friends we can do playful shipping, but if we are not familiar please do not force an OC ship to happen or any sexual advances towards me or my characters!Q: Do you only take Commissions on VGen?
A: It is my default method of taking commissions, I like the platform! However if you are brazilian like me we can negotiate in DMs and payment may be sent via Pix. If we are long time acquaintances or friends I can also take your request through Paypal, but most cases, and especially for new clients I 100% prefer working through VGen!Q: How often do you open for Commissions?
A: I open and close depending on the queue size and seasonal demands! I suggest keeping an eye open on my VGen, not all services will be available every time (especially bigger services like Ref Sheets) but I might accept taking a Commission that is currently closed if the queue isn't too cluttered! Feel free to message me about it anytime but I cannot guarantee to accept it.Q: Do you take days off from owed Commission work?
A: I ALWAYS take a break during my birth month (July) and mid December for the Holidays, reopening may occur in mid January to February unless there are any emergencies or stated otherwise!
I often take weekends off as well unless I have urgent deadlines to meet or any emergencies during the weekdays.Q: Do you draw this or that?
A: If you don't see examples of something within my work you are free to ask! There's too many options to fit in an FAQ page, so I suggest reaching out for any specific subjects! If I reject drawing something you ask me about, however, please don't take it personally, no judgements here, I am just probably personally uncomfortable working with it!Q: Do you pack and ship your own merch?
A: No! If you buy any merch from my ACGGOODS Store, please keep it in mind that it is a print by demand service that ships straight from the manufacturer to you, and I have no participation in it except drawing the art for it!
If I ever offer merch to sell within Brazil though, it is likely packed and shipped by me, but this is unlikely to happen!Q: Why don't you use Twitter/X anymore? Can I still post Commissioned art from you there?
A: Not a fan of the platform and the guy behind it. I do not support it or any AI and Crypto stuff out there.
If you are a friend and really want to post it, I'll provide a watermarked and protected version of the art for you to post there.
And while I cannot stop clients from posting their finished Commissions there, I prefer my work out of there if possible.Q: I don't see the answer I need here... Can I ask you something?
